Wanderlust
Delphi
The smoke of Sacred Incense of Apollo twined through laurel branches, bay, and honey wine.
In bottle: Honey! And green stuff. lollipops, I swear to god
On skin: Green stuff! Like a giant tree branch smacking me in the nose! Green stuff! Stewed in honey? Smoked? SMOKED HONEY GREEN STUFF. Like really good bacon, but made out of plants, not pig. The green part is awfully sharp at first, but the honey and the incense linger longer than the sharp green, so it ages pretty well. Very well, even; it's positively delectable. Despite the bacon comparison, it doesn't really make me think of food, but I wish I could eat something marinated in this smell.
Wanderlust
Prague
Crocus with snowdrop and three lilies. Frimp.
Lillies in the bottle. Both the flower part and the stem. It's very, very sweet, sweeter than I think lilies usually are--sweet sort of like lilacs, but without the dusk--maybe other flowers, I don't recognize them. It also makes me think of water.
It's really, reeeaally nice on the skin, all watery-blue and deeply floral, still sweet and floral, still lily-ish, but no longer reminding me of lilacs. Lovely.
